Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook)
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 12 tbsp
    Grapes, 1.5 grape, seedless
    Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped
    Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, .5 stalk, medium

Directions

Bake or Boil chicken until done and white all the way through. Chop chicken, grapes in half, celery, half walnuts, and diced apples. Mix with mayo and chill. Serve on top of lettuce as a salad or with bread. Enjoy.
