Introduction

Sweet and garlicy chicken. Sweet and garlicy chicken.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Large boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 Cup Real Maple Syrup
    2 Cloves of Garlic
    1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

Heat Olive oil in frying pan. Cut Chicken into approx 1" pieces. Add chicken to the frying pan and cook on Medium high until almost finished. Add Garlic (crushed) and Maple Syrup and turn heat down to medium. Continue to simmer until Syrup thickens into a saucy consistency.

Makes approx 4 servings 1/2 cup each.
Best served on a bed of brown rice.

    This was a great recipe. I used regular syrup instead of maple because I didn't have it. It was simple fast and very tasty. - 3/27/11
