Ingredients

    1/3 Stick butter
    1 1/2 Cup mushrooms
    1 lb. round steak

    6 oz pasta
    1/2 cup lemon juice

1. Boil water for pasta and cook according to package directions.
2. While the pasta is cooking, pan-fry the steaks in a non-stick pan. Once they are browned on each side, remove from heat.
3. Melt butter in a large (I use a deep 12 inch skillet). Add mushrooms. While the mushrooms cook, cube the steak.
4. Add steak to mushrooms. Cook until done - add up to 3 tbsp. of olive oil to sauce as needed. Add spices to sauce as desired.
5. Drain pasta, and toss with sauce, mushrooms and steak.

    Good
I made this last night for dinner, but the recipe doesn't really state what to do with the lemon. I assumed it went in with the butter? I used onion instead of mushrooms since Im not a fan, and the sauce was just liquid, Im guessing that was since I didn't have alot of mushrooms to maybe soak it in - 6/26/09
