Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 Spaghetti Squash
    1/2 cup Oh Naturel Ground Burger
    3/4 cup frozen Corn
    (350 mL) 1/2 jar Spaghetti Sauce
    crushed chili pepper flakes

Directions

Place 1/2 spaghetti squash, with seeds removed, on a plate and cook on high in the microwave for 10 to15 minutes, until fork tender. Run fork through squash to create "spaghetti". Discard shell. In a saucepan, pour 1/2 jar of spaghetti sauce, ground veggie burger, frozen corn, and chilies to taste. Heat through. Pour sauce over spaghetti and enjoy. Serves two.
