Ingredients

    1 six oz canned pink salmon
    1 medium tomato, finely chopped
    1 TBL finely chopped fresh cilantro
    2 TBL lite mayo
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp course ground mustard
    1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper

Directions

Drain and rinse salmon. Mix all ingredients, chill and serve over your favorite salad greens.
