Ingredients

    1 cup lukewarm water
    1 tsp sugar
    2 tsp yeast
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 cup oil(canola, olive, vegetable)
    1 1/2 cup flour ~ 1/2 cup more if needed

Directions

mix water, oil, sugar, yeast, salt

add flour to make dough

press into cookie sheet

add toppings, bake for 20 or 30 minutes at 350

cut into 8 rectangles for serving sizes
