    1 cup crushed pineapple packed in pineapple juice no sugar added
    1/2 cup mandarin oranges packed in mandarin orange juice, no sugar added
    1 medium banana, frozen
    3/4 cup of Quaker Old-Fashioned Oats
    1 1/4 cup Silk Light Vanilla Soymilk
    Blender

Directions

KEEP IN MIND THIS IS TO REPLACE A MEAL IT IS A 640 CALORIE SMOOTHIE, IT IS NOT A SNACK!!

Liquify Oatmeal in soymilk
Whip in oranges and pineapple to desired consistency
Add in banana and blend or whip to desired consistency.

Don't let it sit too long, it will stiffen and then you will need a spoon!
