Ingredients

    Chicken Breast - boneless, skinless - 2
    Black Beans - 19 oz can, drained and rinsed
    Red Kidney Beans - 19 oz can, drained and rinsed
    White Kidney Beans - 19 oz can, drained and rinsed
    Chick Peas - 19 oz can, drained and rinsed
    Diced Tomatoes - 28 oz can - 2
    Corn - 12 oz can, drained
    Jalepeno Peppers - 1 or 2
    Red Pepper - 1, diced
    Onion - 1 medium, diced
    Cumin - 2 tsp
    Chili Powder - 2 tsp

Directions

Place all ingredients (except chicken) in slow cooker and mix. Add chicken breasts on top. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. Makes seventeen 1 cup servings.
