Ingredients

    2 cups Chicken breast (skinless & boneless)
    2 cans (14 oz) Swanson's Chicken Broth (fat free/low sodium)
    2 to 4 cans water
    1/2 cup onions, chopped
    12 Baby Carrots, sliced
    1 Cabbage (medium head) chopped or shredded
    8 oz. Ronzoni Smart Taste Extra Wide Noodles
    1 teaspoon Thai Chile Sauce (optional, not figured into the calories)
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Place chicken and broth into a Dutch oven. Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove the chicken from the broth and set aside to cool. Put onions and carrots into the pot and simmer for 10 minutes or until tender. Shred the cooled chicken into bite sized pieces and return to the pot. Add the water, cabbage, noodles and seasoning and cook for another 5 minutes or until noodles are soft. The soup should be thick like a stew. Serving size generous 1 cup.
