Ingredients

    Turkey Breast Cutlet, 16 oz (1 lb)
    Anchovie Paste, 1 tbsp
    Sun dried Tomatoe in Virgin Olive Oil 1/4 cup
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp

Directions

Heat your slow cooker to low. Add pepper and oregano to both sides of the turkey breast cutlets and put at the bottom of the crockpot. On the tops smear 1 Tbsp of the anchovie paste. Then top with 4 tbsp of the drained sun dried tomatoes. Cook on low 6-8 hours.

Serve with a side salad.
