Ingredients

INGREDIENTS LIST:
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons sugar (or sugar substitute)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4/ teaspoon salt
4 large egg whites, lightly beaten
4 tablespoon sunflower oil (or Canola oil)
2 cups nonfat milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat waffle maker
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Beat egg whites lightly.
Add oil (sunflower or Canola)
Add vanilla extract
Mix egg whites/oil/vanilla mixture.
Combine flour and egg mixture.
Cook in waffle maker according to your waffle maker’s instructions.
Batter yields about 6 servings. Each serving is 2 waffles (rectangle).
Freeze leftovers. Reheat frozen waffles in a toaster.
