    Non-Stick Cooking Spray
1 Medium Onion (Very Thinly Sliced)
1 Boneless Beef Top Sirloin Steak (About 1 Lb)
    1/4 Cup of Water
    2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
    1 Tablespoon of Sugar

1) Lightly coat 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over high heat until hot. Add onion; cook and stir 4 minutes or until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside. Wipe skillet out with a paper towel.

2) Coat same skillet with cooking spray; heat until hot; add beef; cook 10 to 13 minutes for medium-rare or longer to desired doneness, turning once. Remove from heat and transfer to cutting board; let stand 3 minutes before slicing.

3) Mean while, return skillet to high heat until hot. Add onion, water, worrcestershire sauce, and sugar. Cook 30 to 45 seconds or until most of the liquid has evaporated.

4) Thinly slice beef on the diagonal and serve with onions
