Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/2c. Smart Balance (butter)
    1c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 mashed bananas (preferably black, if you have bananas that have gone bad, use them.)
    3 tbs. Daisy Light Sour Cream
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2c. flour

Directions

Cream butter & sugar, add ingredients in order given. Optional: add walnuts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes about 16 slices (1/2 inch slices). Good as a snack, with coffee, or as a dessert. One of my favorites.
