made with your own left over grilled chicken made with your own left over grilled chicken
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 small baking sheet
    2 quick sprays of Pam Olive Oil spray
    1 chopped up left over grilled chicken breast, seasoned the way U like
    2 LaTortila Factory whole wheat, low carb/fat tortilla shells
    2 T Newman's Own all natural chunky med. salsa
    1/4 c. reduced cheddar cheese (or I use pepperjack or swiss cheese)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Spray baking pan with cooking spray. Place each tortilla on baking sheet. They may over lap to begin with, but will be folded in 1/2.
Chop up the already grilled chicken. Mix in salsa. Place 1/2 of chicken/salsa mixture on outer edge of 1 tortilla, leaving enough room to fold the other 1/2 over. 1st sprinkle 1/2 the cheese on top of chicken & salsa, then fold over the other 1/2. Repeat to other tortilla. Cook for 5 min in oven.

    I added veggies; spinach, mushrooms, peppers, onions. Skipped the salsa ( didn't have any) add cumin, chili pepper - 6/29/13

    Very yummy and easy! I added onion and an orange bell pepper, delicious! Made an extra one so fiance and I could have it for lunch today too! Served with corn and fat free refried beans! - 2/24/11

    Incredible!
    Made these for supper tonight. They were quick, easy and awesome! My 21 month old daughter loved them too. I will definitely made these again when in a rush to make supper. Took about 7 minutes total to prepare and cook. I added chopped raw onion and green pepper to up the veggies. - 1/8/11

    Awesome! I put more "filling" on a whole one and then topped with another whole tortilla. I had to make alot so that worked better. - 10/9/10
