    4 chicken tenders diced
    1 onion diced
    1 12oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
    1 potato diced
    1 tbsp chicken base
    1 tbsp flour
    1 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter lite
    1 1/2 cups water

Directions

melt butter substitute
saute' onions til tender
add chicken, saute' til done
add flour and chicken base
add remaining ingredients
salt & pepper to taste
bring to boil, reduce heat to low, cook 15-20 minutes to allow flavors to combine
