Ingredients

    93% Lean Ground Beef, 25 oz
    White Rice, long grain, 1.5 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 medium whole Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove
    1 clove garlic

Directions

Mix raw ground beef, raw egg and rice in a bowl. Put aside. Chop up tomato, onion and garlic and sautee in a pan until tomato and onion are cooked. I don't use any oil, cook on low. after this is finished, Pour about 4 quarts of water in the tomato paste. Let boil and add salt to taste. After the water is boiling, grab a little hand ful of ground beef mixture and roll it into a ball. Like a meatball, if you make them big enough there should be about 15 by the time you are done. Dump these meatballs into the boiling water after you are finished dumping them turn the heat down to medium. Let cook for about 30 min or until you see ground beef and rice cook. Serve.
