Introduction

My son originally made this with full-fat cream cheese. I talked him into low fat. If it was just up to me, I would use fat free.
Serve over fettucine noodles or spaghetti. I would use whole grain or whole wheat pasta, but my son uses regular spaghetti because of intestinal problems.

Ingredients

    Sauce
    Philadelphia Reduced Fat Cream Cheese 1/2 c.
    1 c. milk 2%
    Romano Cheese 3 tbsp.
    Garlic, clove (1 or 2)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper (to taste)
    3 Tbsp. dry parsley or 1/2 finely chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    32 ounces Chicken Breasts, no skin

Directions

Melt margarine in a sauce pan, add garlic and chopped chicken breast. Brown until chicken turns white.

Mix the rest of the ingredients and blender and process until there are no clumps. Pour into saucepan on medium heat, cook for about 10 minutes. Add parsley at the end of the cooking time. Save some for garnish.
