    *1 Can Old El Paso Fat Free Refried Beans, 1 serving (remove)
    *2% mexican shredded cheese, 0.50 cup (remove)
    *Salsa - Tostitos Mild Chunky Salsa, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Fat Free Sour Cream (Hannaford), 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Hannaford Sour Cream Fat free, 6 tbsp (remove)
    *Pampered Chef - Southwestern Seasoning Mix, 1/2 tsp, 1 tsp (remove)
    Beef, top sirloin, 6 oz (remove)
    La Tortilla Factory, Large Original Low Carb Tortilla, 6 serving (remove)


cut up sirloin and cook until very tender. (Left over roast is good for this) add refried beans and southwest seasoning. Spoon into Tortillas and sprinkle cheese on top. Place in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with PAM. Spray the top of the chimichangas and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
