Introduction

A delicious, high-protein snack. Kids will think it's dessert! A delicious, high-protein snack. Kids will think it's dessert!
Number of Servings: 17

Ingredients

    1 cup natural peanut butter
    1 cup Genisoy chocolate protein powder
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup plain oatmeal
    17 almonds

Directions

Mix peanut better and honey in mixing bowl. Add protein powder and oatmeal. Roll into ping pong size balls. Press one almond into the top of each.

You can roll them in powdered sugar or cocoa powder if you wish. Refrigerate before serving for easier handling.
