Introduction

I use this for many recipes that need pre-cooked chicken. Especially when I forgot to take something out to thaw!! Can be cubed or chopped as recipe needs! Ingredients

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, frozen
    3 cloves or 1/2 cup minced garlic
    2 TBS. Natures Seasoning or your favorite seasoning

Directions

Use a stockpot to avoid boil over on your stove. Fill about 1/2 full with water, add garlic, seasonings & frozen chicken. Bring to a boil & cook until done ( about 20 minutes). Remove to cutting board & chop or cube as needed for recipe. Makes 4 servings,
