Ingredients

1 lb. roll bulk pork sausage
1 8 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
5 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
pepper to taste
Directions
1) Crumble sausage and cook until brown. Drain well.
2) Line bottom of 9 x 13 pan (sprayed with Pam) with crescent rolls. Firmly press perforations to seal.
3) Sprinkle with cooked sausage and cheese
If you want to make this the night before, then complete steps 1-3, cover with foil and refrigerate. The next morning you can add additional ingredients and bake it.
4) Preheat oven to 425 degrees
5) Beat eggs and milk well. Add pepper. Pour over sausage and cheese.
6) Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes, or until set in the middle.
7) Let stand for 5 minutes, then serve.
Makes 8 1.125 x 1.625 inch servings.
