Ingredients

    1/2 pkg vanilla wafers, crushed
    1/2 c. plus 1 T. sugar, divided
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 ctn. cool whip

Directions

COmbine vanilla wafers, 2 tbl sugar and butter; press into the bottom of a pan. In a separate bowl, cream remaining sugar and cream cheese together; fold in whipped topping. Spread over wafer crust; chill until firm.
