Like hamburger soup, except made with ground turkey. Like hamburger soup, except made with ground turkey.
Number of Servings: 12


    1 lb Ground Turkey, browned
    1/2 medium onion diced
    3 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
    1- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
    1- 14 oz can tomato sauce
    32 oz of Chicken Stock (or broth)
    2 cups frozen green beans
    2 cups frozen corn
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 large carrot, chopped
    2 T. Italian Seasoning or to taste
    2 tsp. sea salt (or to taste)
    Pepper to taste
    1 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for saute.


Saute the veggies and garlic, (except frozen veggies), in the olive oil until tender. Add turkey meat and brown. Add tomatoes and sauce and then the broth. Bring heat up til it just starts to boil, add corn & green beans. Simmer for 30 minutes.
