Ingredients

    2c Plain NonFat yogurt
    1 medium Banana
    2T Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
    2T smooth Peanut Butter
    1 C 2% milk

Directions

break banana into small pieces in blender, add milk first, then all other ingredients,. blend until smoooth,.

if you like it thicker, omit the milk,.
