Ingredients

    1 lb boneless, skinless frozen chicken breast
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    16 oz light sour cream
    1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
    8 oz can of mushrooms
    1 small onion diced

Directions

Makes approximately 6 servings. Serve over no yolk egg noodles with a side for a complete meal.

**use frozen chicken breasts for best results.

Place frozen chicken breasts in slow cooker / crock pot and mix mushroom soup, sour cream, onion soup mix, diced onions and mushrooms in separate mixing bowl. Pour soup mixture on top of chicken in slow cooker and cook on low for approximately 7 hours. Take chicken breasts out once fully cooked, shred chicken and return to mixture until fully cooked.
