Introduction
These cookies are delicious if you love carob chips and sweet things! The cinnamon adds a really nice little flavor also with the carob chips. Ingredients

1.5 cups carob chips
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup water
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a bowl and stir in the carob chips. Make a well in the center.
In another bowl mix the sugar with the oil then add the vanilla and water. Add to the well in the middle of the dry ingredients and mix well by folding over but don't overwork.
Spoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet by the tablespoon and bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown on the bottom. Cool before serving.
These freeze very well and I got about 2 dozen.
