Introduction

Cube the butternut squash and the potatoes. Boil all ingredients except for the milk until squash and potatoes are soft. Put into food processor and gradually add milk (you may need halve the vegetables and do it in two shifts through the processor). Once fully processed, return to stove just to rewarm.
