Ingredients

El Pato Brand Tomato Sauce (Mexican Hot Style), 7.75 oz
Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (15 oz)
Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
Beans, pinto, 1 cup dry
Beans, black, 1 cup dry
Kirkland Lean Ground Beef 91%, 32 oz, 2 lbs.
Onions, raw, 3 cup, chopped
*Corn Meal, 0.5 cup
*Chile Powder, 2 tbsp
Garlic, 2 tsp
Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp
Beans, red kidney, 1 cup dry
Green chile, roasted & chopped, 7 oz (one can)
Taco Seasoning, 2 tbsp
Olive oil 1 tsp
2 cups chopped bell peppers
Directions
Bring beans to a boil for 2-3 minutes in a pot , then turn off and set aside (quick soak)
Chop onions and put in large pan to saute with ground beef with taco seasoning
While beef cooks; add peppers, tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, chiles, corn meal, and all other spices to the slow cooker (on high or low, your preference)
Drain and rinse beans and then add to slow cooker along with beef and onions
Serve and enjoy once beans are tender (4-8 hours depending on high/low setting)
