    2 lbs beef for stew
    2 large potatos diced
    1 medium onion diced
    1 large parsnip diced
    1 can Italian style diced tomatos
    1 small can button mushrooms
    Beef stew seasoning
    2 cups water


Combine all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours or 6 -8 hours on low.
