Ingredients

    ~1lb (20oz) Ground Turkey (93%)
    1 can (16oz) Dark Red Kidney Beans (w/ juice)
    1 can (15.8oz) Great Northern Beans (w/ juice)
    1 can (14.5oz) Diced Tomatoes (w/ juice)
    2 can (8oz) Tomato Sauce
    1 cup Sweet Corn
    2 tbs Chili Powder
    1 tbs Onion Powder
    1 tsp Oregeno
    1 tsp Ground Cumin

Directions

1. Brown Turkey (drain if excess fat)
2. Prep any fresh ingredients (cut tomatoes, soak beans, dice onion, etc...)
3. Put turkey in the crockpot, put spices in, add canned (or fresh) ingredients (except corn), stir
4. Cook on high, after 3 hours add corn
5. Cook an additional 0.5-1 hour

Serving Size: makes (approx.) 6 2-cup servings
