Ingredients

    1 each: Onion,carrot, celery stalk, chopped
    2 cups each: Apples, cored peeled and chopped
    Butternut squash diced
    4 Cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 lb. ground turkey, cooked
    2 tbsp chili powder( I only used 1 tbsp and it was plenty for us)
    1 tbsp cumin
    1/2 tsp salt and pepper
    1 can (10 oz.) undiluted chicken broth
    1 can light coconut milk
    4 tbsp tomato paste
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

Directions

Combine in your crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
