Ingredients

    1 cup Chopped Onion
    18 oz. Pork Tenderloin
    1 cup Bullseye Original BBQ Sauce
    1/2 cup French's Yellow Mustard
    3 tbsp. Tomato Paste
    1 cup Swanson's Chicken Stock
    2 oz. Lime Juice (Preferably Fresh)

Directions

mix all wet ingredients together. Chop Onion.

In slow cooker, pour a small amount of sauce on bottom of pan to keep pork from sticking. Place pork on top of sauce. Cover pork with the onion and the remaining sauce.

Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours

Serving Size: 4 - about 5 oz. per person
