Ingredients

    2 16oz cans Chickpeas/Garbanzo Beans
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 TBSP Olive Oil (optional)
    2 TSP Pure Sesame Seed Oil (in Asian food section)
    Juice of 1 large lemon (about 1/4 cup)

Directions

Add everything but garbanzo beans to the food processor and turn on. Slowly add beans and blend until smooth consistancy.

Makes about 10 1/4 cup servings.
