    eggplant
    zucchini
    bread crumbs
    egg
    flour
    butter

Directions

Slice the veggies then dip in flour first, followed by the egg and finally the bread crumbs. Place on a cookie sheet and drizzle melted butter over the pieces. Bake at 180 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
