Super easy and great for a hearty Autumn dinner! Super easy and great for a hearty Autumn dinner!
Number of Servings: 6


    1/2 large head cabbage, chopped
    1 medium onions, peeled and sliced
    6 small red potatoes, quartered or cubed (depends on size)
    3/4 cup of fat free chicken broth
    salt & pepper to taste (not included in nutrional info)


Spray the inside pot of a slow cooker. Add the first three ingredients, stir to mix. Pour in broth, add salt & pepper to taste, and cover.

Cook on low heat for five hours.

I serve this with grilled Chicken sausages, or a Smoked Turkey sausage.


Serving Size: Makes 6 - 1 1/4 cup servings

    Needs some crushed red pepper to add just a little heat. The flavor was perfect, but needed a little heat. - 4/14/11
