Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 to 3 lbs ground turkey
    1 to 2 cups palin oatmeal
    1-2 fresh eggs
    1 -16oz jar Page Chunky Salsa Medium
    1 cup finely chopped onion, celery and red and or green peppers
    Season to taste kosher salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning
    1-3 crushed cloves of fresh garlic

Directions

Place ground turkey in a large mixing bowl, add fresh cracked eggs or egg substitute is great. Add 1-16 oz jar of salsa, add oatmeal and fresh chopped vegetables, garlic (optional), and seasoning. Mix together by hand. It is best if let marinate for and hour or two, if not proceed with patty making, best if oon charcoal grill, can be cooked on stove in skillet, or on stove top grill. Serve with wheat buns or whole wheat/multi grain bread or eat the patty without the bread. Its great either way.
