Ingredients

Almonds, Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, Cayenne pepper, Sea Salt, Dried apples, Dates, Barley Malt Syrup
Directions
Preheat oven 250-300 degrees
cut up apples and dates into small pieces
Mix all liquid and spices (add salt and pepper to taste-whether you like it spicier or not.) (You can also substitute the Barley Malt Syrup for Brown Rice or Date syrup)
Add Almonds, apples and dates. Mix until thoroughly coated (you may want to add more almonds if there is still liquid on the bottom of the bowl).
On a greased cookie sheet (parchment paper or tin foil works well too), spread out in a thin layer on the cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Bake until almonds are crunchy when cooled.
