Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 Cup Olive Oil
    8 oz. balsamic vinegar
    1 garlic clove
    8 dates (my dates were 2 = 100 calories)
    1/8 cup honey

Directions

Cut dates in half and remove pits.

Put all ingredients into blender and blend on high.

Enjoy!

This yielded 14 ounces for me.

Makes approximately 14 servings @ 2 tablespoons per serving.

Serving Size: 14- 2 tbsp servings

    Incredible!
    I made this with figs and it was delicious, I don't really like dates much but the figs are excellent with balsamic vinegar. - 7/22/15

    Very Good
    This was very good, and super low in sodium! I made it in my Vitamix and it came out silky smooth but a little thin. Next time, I might try using double the dates and skipping the honey.
    Definitely will make it again.
