Ingredients

    * Tuna, Canned in Water, 129.5 grams (remove)
    * Bouillon - Chicken - Maggi - 30Cal/1-Cube, 0.5 serving (remove)
    * Mushrooms, canned, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Tomato Paste, 0.125 cup (remove)
    * Garlic, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    *100 gms grilled cubed eggplant
    * 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

1- saute onions in oil , add tomatoes + paste + the rest of the veggies, add water + maggi & simmer till it thickens up.

3- Add 1 tbsp oregano + salt & pepper to taste.

4- Add tuna mix well.

5- Serve with cheese on top beside pasta.

makes 2 servings.
