Ingredients

    1 cup allpurpose flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    3/4 cup splenda
    1 tsp poppy seeds
    1 Kroger-Lite Yogurt (80cals/0fat ~ 6oz cup)
    2/3 cup water
    1 tsp lemon extract
    2 (to-go-pack) crystal light (the kind that goes in your water bottle)
    3/4 cup frozen blueberries

Directions

Makes 12 muffins
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Spray muffin tin with spray (Pam)

Mix flours and dry ingredients in bowl.
Mix yogurt, water, extract and Crystal light in another bowl and then add to dry.
Gently fold in the blueberries

Bake at 400 for 16-20 minutes
