Ingredients

1- 1/2 cup flour
1-1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 milk
1 cup canola oil
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 large box of instant vanilla or chocolate pudding
2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Day 1: Do nothing, place the bag on kitchen counter and note date on bag.
Day 2: Mash the bag.
Day 3: Mash the bag.
Day 4. Mash the bag.
Day 5: Mash the bag.
Day 6: Add to bag: 1 cup each flour, sugar, milk. Mash bag.
Day 7. Mash the bag.
Day 8. Mash the bag.
Day 9: Mash the bag.
Day 10: in a large, NON-METAL bowl, combine batter with 1/12 cup each flour, sugar and milk. Mix with a wooden spoon. Pour 4 1-into individual gallon Ziploc bags. Give away starters to friends with this set of directions. You can keep a starter, but you will be baking every 10 days. The bread is very good and makes a great gift. Only the Amish know how to create a starter, so if you give it all away you will have to wait until someone gives you a starter back. Should this recipe not be passed on the first day, be certain to tell the friend which day the batter is at when it is presented to them. It is important to follow this sequence exactly.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. To the remaining bater in the bowl add the rest of the ingredients, starting with the canola oil.
Grease 2 large loaf pans. Mix an additional 1/2 cup sugar and 1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon in an additional bowl. Dust the greased pans with half the mixture. Pour batter evenly into the 2 loaf pans. Sprinkle remaining sugar mixture on top. Bake one hour. Cool uyntil bread loosens evently from the sidews of th pan. ENJOY!
