Ingredients

    1 box Betty Crocker Spice Cake Mix
    1 can (15 oz) Pumpkin
    .25 cup of nonfat Milk

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.

Mix cake mix and pumpkin together until well blended. Add in milk to help combine ingredients.

Fill each muffin tin with batter, using a spoon sprayed with non-stick spray to help drop the batter.

Bake at 350 18-20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

Optional: Add in raisins, dried cranberries or nuts of your choosing.

Serving Size: Makes 12 Large Muffins
