Ingredients

    1/2 cup canola oil
    4 cups any flavor juice
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1 1/2 cups applesauce
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    3 large eggs

    1 Tbsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp salt
    3/4 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup ground flaxseed
    2 1/2 cups oats
    4 cups wheat bran

    1/3 cup chocolate chips
    1 cup dried cherries (or any other dried fruit)

Directions

Serving Size: 1 muffin, makes 36 muffins

Mix together wet ingredients
Measure and blend dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until blended. Fold in dried fruit and chocolate chips.

Line muffin pans with baking cups or spray with nonstick spray.
Fill each muffin pans 2/3 full.
Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 22 minutes.
