Introduction

Quick easy salad that is great for a summer meal in the sun! Quick easy salad that is great for a summer meal in the sun!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1- package of spring salad mix
    1-tomato
    2-carrots
    1-can of mandarin oranges
    ˝ cup of nuts (sliced almonds or walnuts)
    Dressing (optional, your choice - I chose Newman's Own Lite Lime Vinaigrette)

Directions

Wash spring vegetable lettuce. Slice tomato and carrots in to bite size portions. Open and drain water from can of mandarin oranges. Place all items in serving bowl and toss. Ready to eat.  Drizzle with dressing, optional.
