    1 1/2 Cups 1% milk
    1 Cup All Purpose Flour
    2 Lg Eggs
    1 Tbsp Smart Balance Veggie Oil
    1 dash of salt
    Tbsp Redi Whip
    4 Tbsp redi whip cream


1. With a hand mixer, mix the milk, flour, eggs, oil and salt in a large bowl. Make sure all ingredients are mixed well.

Pour 1/3 cup of batter into a 10 inch round skillet and cook over medium heat until just brown flip for 3 seconds and remove from the pa.

2. Roll crepes and top with the blueberrs. Top with Redi Whip Cream.

Serving is 1 crepe and mix makes 8 crepes.
