Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Ground Turkey, browned
    I large can of tomato sauce
    2 10oz. cans of black beans, drained
    1 10 oz. can of Rotel tomatoes, mexican lime and cilantro, with juice
    1 1/2 c. frozen yellow corn
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 small bunch cilantro, chopped
    1/2 medium red onion, chopped
    1/4 c. lime juice



Directions

Brown and drain ground turkey. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker or crock pot. Stir and let cook for 6-7 hours on low. For a faster cook time, cook for 2-3 hours on high.
