    about 2c. Barilla Whole Wheat Pasta
    2 tbsp. Sesame Oil
    5 tbsp. Smooth Peanut Butter
    6tbsp Ground Ginger
    1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper flakes
    6 tbsp. Hot water
    1 clove minced garlic
    4 tbsp Lite Soy Sauce
    2 tbsp. Red Win Vinegar
    2 tbsp. Toasted Sesame Seeds
    4 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast (cubed)


1. Cook pasta as directed on packaging.

2. While pasta is cooking, mix together everything except chicken. Mix together with pasta after the pasta is drained.

3. Cook chicken into chunks. Cook until not pink in a separate pan. Toss into pasta mix when finished. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Great w/a steamed veggie! We had green beans!
