Introduction
Consistently good and easily adaptable! You can use oatmeal or wheat germ in place of some or all of the breadcrumbs and/or fiber one cereal grounds. Consistently good and easily adaptable! Ingredients

2-1/2 lbs meatloaf mix (ground sirloin/ground pork/ground veal)
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 TBS dried parsley
3 eggs
6 TBS ketchup
1 cup dried bread crumbs (I make my own)
1/2 cup fiber one cereal, ground
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp sage
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients except meat in large bowl and mix well. Add ground meat and blend together lightly but thoroughly. Shape into loaf and place in 9x11 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Remove from oven and transfer to another baking dish - this is to get it out of all the fat drippings. Mix together 1/4 cup ketchup, 1 tsp dry mustard and 1 TBS brown sugar and pour over top of meatloaf. Return to oven and bake for another 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes if desired, then serve.
