*Del Monte Sliced Peaches Lite, 1 can
    Nectarines, 4, peeled and sliced
    Tonic Water, 1/2 C
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp
1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist White Cake Mix
.75 C crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice (drained)

Line a large dutch oven with foil, twice if not heavy duty. Spray with pan spray. Put the nectarines in first, then the peaches, then kind of dumping the pineapple around on the rest. Sprinkle the cinnamon over all of this. Pour the cake mix (DRY) over the fruit and dot with butter, then pour tonic water on top. Make sure the coals are good and hot and spread evenly top and bottom. Check at 20 minutes to see if done, you don't want to scorch it! Serve with ice cream or whipped topping. Yum!
