Ingredients

1cup Unsalted Butter
1/2cup Powdered Sugar
1tsp Vanilla Extract
2cup All-Purpose Flour
1/3cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
1. Beat together butter and sugar at medium speed for 2-3min until very smooth. Add vanilla and reduce speed to low. In small batches, add in flour. DONT OVER WORK THE DOUGH. Fold in chocolate chips.
2. Transfer the dough into a gallon ziplock bag and roll the dough into that shape of the bag. Press as much air as possible from the bag and freeze the dough for 2 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 325 and line two baking sheets with parchment.
4. Cut dough out of bag and then cut dough into 1.5inch squares (6 rows, 7 columns). Prick each cookie all the way through twice with a fork.
5. Place on baking sheets and bake for 18 minutes.
